Job Description – Supply Chain Consultant – Vietnam

Please note: This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Vietnam, and we are specifically looking for individuals who are fluent in Vietnamese.

The Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in warehouse management and e-commerce operations to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for functional solutioning and equipping customers with the knowledge and skills to effectively leverage the warehouse and order management capabilities of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and functional solutions to address customer pain points and digitalize their businesses.
  • Prepare business requirement documents based on the functional solutions provided.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to customers, both remotely and in person if required.
  • Educate customers on the operation and utilization of Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management for daily business tasks.
  • Customize training content to meet the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of Anchanto solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting operations-related issues when necessary.
  • Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Focus on delivering a customer-centric approach by providing best practices, training, and a seamless onboarding experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong background in warehousing and e-commerce operations, with experience in warehouse and order management systems, consulting, or functional solution roles.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex warehouse and e-commerce operations clearly and understandably.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in functional solutioning and customer-facing roles, such as training and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in both English and Thai.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
